Sure, you can find cheaper produce. And you should be able to buy cheaper fruit and veg — but it won’t be the same quality. We don’t stock second-rate produce. We’re committed to delivering the best and freshest for less.

So how does it work?

We were Australia’s first online fruit and veg store — and with decades of experience, we've refined every part of the process. From smart software to streamlined systems, we know how to get farm-fresh produce to your door in record time — and we do it all in-house.

Unlike most supermarkets and other delivery services, our buyers, packers, and drivers are all part of the Fruitastic team. They're passionate about fresh produce and genuinely care about making sure you love what you receive.

And here’s the best part — no contracts. Ever.

You’re free to place one-off orders, or set up weekly or fortnightly deliveries to suit your schedule. It’s all on your terms.

Even better, you choose what you want, when you want it, and we’ll bring it straight to your door.

What do I need to do?

1. Set up an account. Accounts are not subscriptions so don't worry. We just need a few details so we know who we are delivering to and where.
2. Choose your produce. You have up until 2pm the day prior to delivery to place your order (or when vans fill up. What ever occurs first)
3. Select a delivery day. Is it just for this week or do you wish to set the order up as a weekly or fortnightly recurring order? *Please note *You do not have to be home unless you are in an apartment. 
4. Pay for your order on checkout with a valid Credit card or Paypal.

It truly is that simple.

Our system will confirm your order and send an automated email confirming your order has been placed and we guarantee to deliver between 8 am and 5pm the day you select for delivery. Recurring orders will be delivered on the same day of the week chosen on your first delivery.

Payments for recurring orders are deducted directly from your credit card the day of your delivery.

And there's no need to be home. Yep that's right. Unless you are in a high rise apartment there's no need to be home to accept delivery. Our drivers deliver thousands of boxes a week and 90 percent of our clients aren't home at the time of delivery. Our driver will knock on your door and deliver to you contact free, however if not home we will do our best to ensure the box is left in the safest possible location, out of direct sunlight and the elements.
Please note if you do reside in an apartment we ask you are home between 8am and 5pm. Our driver will call or text to advise delivery time slot. Due to our company Covid19 policy we ask you please meet the driver in a safe location at ground floor for a contactless delivery.

We recycle all second hand boxes on your next delivery, so please feel free to leave them out flat packed for collection by our drivers. 

Our produce is all guaranteed and if you do find a problem within the first 24 hours give us a call and we will replace it no problem at all.
